What are we teaching our kids??? LOL

Today DH had to go out of town for the day, and he invited us to go along. We are reading Katy No-Pocket...it is a cute story about a mommy kangaroo...ANYWAYS
"Baby B" loves it and has told EVERYONE ALL ABOUT IT...So, we were at a gas station and dad was filing the car with gas..and we read KATY. People we staring at us...some looked right away...some giggled...and some gave us a look like they had no idea what we were doing.. She was WAY into the book....We continued to drive and read and when the book was over she insisted on counting the baby animals in the pockets (any of you who have read this book probably have HAD that very same experience)... My hubby and I were just basking in the glow of her new found excitement for learning....when we came around the corner... into what I consider one of the most beautiful places in Wyoming.... and my DH decided to quiz her...
Dad: "Honey look at the pretty mountains....they are pretty huh? "
B: "uh-huh they are"
Dad: "Who made us the mountains?"
B: proudly "Heavenly Father!"
Dad: "That's right..good job, sweetie! - Who made the animals?"
B : REAL proud "ANIMAL PLANET!!"
HA ha...it was so real and so cute...and sooooo not true....we giggled and told her that animal planet only does shows on animals. The shows teach us about animals...and then asked" Who made us the animals?"
This time she responded with..."Heavenly Father..he made us all".
I quickly grabbed a pen and paper and jotted down the quotes as not to forget them...
She is soo cute... HA HA HA
