Bryndal has become quit the little artist..... she LOVES to watercolor....
We saw the Wyoming Calvary play in AZ ....of course WY won...

Baby B and Gus love to play in the water. I can not keep them out... they get in in there clothes...

Family Night

We had a MOVIE NIGHT for Family Night...It was really fun...we rented a movie that no one had seen yet....set up a concession stand and distributed tickets...No wonder why these two have decided to RUN the snack stand!!!LOL

Whatta WEEK!

So, we have found that GUS has a obession...He loves to vacuum?!?! What!?!? Who's kid is this??? We went to the park after dinner, and slid, down the slide, ran in the sand, and swang..



Even GUS loved the slide... We couldn' let him go down it enough...when it was dark and we put him in the Stroller...he cried and cried and cried

We also bought a "Flower" just incase we did not care for our seeds well enough...We have had MAJOR growth...and it has not even been a full week...The first day had only one flower and a few (3 or 4) buds...
We got one bud to open right away..
Quickly it became a flower on its own..
Now, we have 4 FLOWERS!!!!

Nascar 2008

While we were at JEEPERS....The older kids went to the Subway Fresh Fit 500 Nascar race in Phoenix...They had a great time...these are the nly pics..since they took a disposable camera and we don't have it finished yet....I will post more pics later...depending on the quality...

Katy No Pocket...

We are STILL reading "KATY" .... Baby B loves this book..

We invited some of the younger cousins to go to"JEEPERS"

...an animal themed amusement park for kids aged 2-10....
Baby B got to ride the "CHEETAH PRINT...bumper car"..

..we took a few pictures with the animals around the place..

..rode the merry-go-round...played in the indoor sandbox..

..and did it all again...and again .... and again...

In AZ now....

Well, when we got here to Gramma's.....

.....we had to get new flowers a going...

...the ones at home in Wyoming had just started to be visible..

...SO, we went STRAIGHT TO TARGET and bought some seeds..
We have been able to see all sorts of things we do not have at home..

Look, how excited they are....What a fun experience...

Out of the mouths of babes....

(Sigh) ok, we have decided to make our own bread around here...and that has turned out to be really great....we make bread in the morning and we have warm bread by lunch. The kids love it!!! Well, today I accidentally knocked off 1/2 dozen eggs onto the kitchen floor..and..(flinching) a BAD WORD SLIPPED OUT..(sh!%)....I froze...took a deep breath and started to clean the egg yokes off of my floor...when Baby B says, "Shucky darn momma" with a HUGE smile on her face...She knew I had cussed...(as S"hucky darn" is what she says when she wants to sass etc..).and we cleaned up the eggs...and I apologized for the "slip" of a bad word..to this she says, "Mom, we all make mistakes"...LOL What a little blessing she is : )

What are we teaching our kids??? LOL

Today DH had to go out of town for the day, and he invited us to go along. We are reading Katy No-Pocket...it is a cute story about a mommy kangaroo...ANYWAYS
"Baby B" loves it and has told EVERYONE ALL ABOUT IT...So, we were at a gas station and dad was filing the car with gas..and we read KATY. People we staring at us...some looked right away...some giggled...and some gave us a look like they had no idea what we were doing.. She was WAY into the book....We continued to drive and read and when the book was over she insisted on counting the baby animals in the pockets (any of you who have read this book probably have HAD that very same experience)... My hubby and I were just basking in the glow of her new found excitement for learning....when we came around the corner... into what I consider one of the most beautiful places in Wyoming.... and my DH decided to quiz her...
Dad: "Honey look at the pretty mountains....they are pretty huh? "
B: "uh-huh they are"
Dad: "Who made us the mountains?"
B: proudly "Heavenly Father!"
Dad: "That's right..good job, sweetie! - Who made the animals?"
B : REAL proud "ANIMAL PLANET!!"
HA ha...it was so real and so cute...and sooooo not true....we giggled and told her that animal planet only does shows on animals. The shows teach us about animals...and then asked" Who made us the animals?"
This time she responded with..."Heavenly Father..he made us all".
I quickly grabbed a pen and paper and jotted down the quotes as not to forget them...
She is soo cute... HA HA HA
